HEIR online store terms
These terms explain shopping and order assistance at the HEIR online store, heirworld.com. Please read them together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies before placing an order.
Products, prices & payment
Choose the product, available colour and size on the relevant product page. Our base prices are in US dollars (USD). Depending on your selected country or region, prices may be displayed and charged in a local currency; review the currency shown at checkout. Review the items, discounts, delivery charge, any displayed taxes and the total shown at checkout before completing payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
First-release preorders
The first release is available to preorder with full payment at checkout. Dispatch is expected to begin on October 1, 2026; this is not an arrival date. Please refer to the product page and your order information for the item you have selected.
Delivery
Mainland China orders dispatch from Guangzhou and United States orders from San Francisco. Available destinations, services, shipping charges and the free-delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping & delivery policy and shown at checkout.
Cancellations, returns & exchanges
For cancellation, return, exchange and refund arrangements, please read our Returns, exchanges & cancellations policy. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your order & privacy
