Mainland China

Mainland China orders dispatch from Guangzhou via SF Express. Standard delivery is free on every mainland China order, with no minimum spend.

United States

United States orders dispatch from San Francisco. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Free standard delivery

Outside mainland China, standard delivery is free to destinations enabled at checkout when the merchandise subtotal after discounts reaches US$200, excluding shipping, taxes and duties. Any lower threshold or free-delivery offer displayed at checkout also applies. Below the applicable threshold, the available delivery charge is shown before payment. Free standard delivery does not include an optional express upgrade or mean that import taxes and duties are included.

First-release preorders

Pay in full at checkout. Dispatch is expected to begin on October 1, 2026. This is the expected start of dispatch, not an arrival date. Choosing express delivery does not bring forward the dispatch of a preorder.
